For DIY and independent musicians

Release Rescue.
£49. One less job.

You have the music. We help put the release into words: a proper artist bio, a press release and a one-sheet you can send without explaining everything again.

One artist · One single or EP · One revision · £49 one-off

Bookings are currently by email. We confirm availability, the delivery date and payment instructions before you pay. This page does not take a payment.

What's included

The useful bits, written for your release.

Release Rescue is a small, fixed-price writing service. We work from your music and your notes, keep the facts straight and give you material you can reuse.

01

Professional artist bio

A clear introduction to you, your sound and the story behind your work. Written from real details, not an invented legend.

02

Short Spotify / social bio

A compact version for your artist profile, social pages and brief introductions.

03

Single or EP press release

The release story, date and essential credits in a format you can send to writers, radio presenters or promoters.

04

Release one-sheet

A simple one-page PDF bringing the release details, listening links, credits and contact information together.

05

Personalised release checklist

Practical next steps based on your release date, existing materials and what you still need to finish.

06

One revision

One consolidated round of changes, so the finished copy is accurate and sounds like you.

£49 is the total one-off service price. The scope covers one artist and one single or EP. Mixing, mastering, artwork, distribution, website builds and sending pitches are not included. There is no subscription, and no promise of coverage, playlists or streams.

How it works

No sales call required.

01 / REQUEST A PLACE

Tell us what you're releasing.

Use the email request below. We confirm the scope, a delivery date and payment instructions in writing. We keep a maximum of two projects active at once.

02 / SEND YOUR BRIEF

Music, facts and rough notes.

After payment, email the information listed below. You don't need a polished story. That's the part we're here to help with.

03 / REVIEW THE MATERIALS

Check the words before using them.

Receive the draft pack, send one combined list of changes, then get the final PDF and editable text documents. You decide when and where to use them.

After payment

What to send us.

Email with “Release Rescue brief” and your artist name in the subject. Include your receipt reference, if available.

A private listening link is fine. Please don't send passwords, bank details or card numbers. The agreed delivery timetable starts once the brief is complete.

  • The release: artist name, single or EP title, release date or target date, track list and a listening link.
  • Your story: where you're based, how you describe the music, useful background and what the songs mean to you. Rough notes are welcome.
  • The facts: performers, writers, producer, recording and artwork credits, plus any claims or coverage you'd like included with their sources.
  • The links: artist profiles, release / pre-save page, public contact details and any confirmed shows relevant to the release.
  • The assets: cover image and a press photo if you have one, with the photographer's credit and permission to use it.
  • The voice: any existing bio, words you like or dislike, a deadline and the one person who will approve the pack.

About Estuary Releases

Made for the home-recording end of things.

Estuary Releases is run by Robert Fuller, a songwriter and music student based in Medway. It grew from the work surrounding his own music: credits, artwork, copy, video, uploads and figuring out how to explain a song without overselling it.

This is a new service, not an established PR agency. The aim is straightforward: take a small piece of release admin off your desk and leave you with clear materials you can use.

FAQ

Before you book.

Can you help if the release is already out?

Yes. We can prepare accurate post-release materials and a checklist for what comes next. We won't pretend an old release is a new one.

How soon will I get the pack?

We agree a delivery date before payment, based on the brief and current availability. If your release is imminent, ask first. We don't promise a rush service or accept unlimited projects.

What does one revision mean?

You send one combined list of corrections and changes to the draft pack. We revise that pack once. A different release, a new campaign or additional work would need a separate agreement.

Will this get me press, playlists or more streams?

We don't guarantee any of those outcomes. You are buying written release materials and a practical checklist. Sending pitches, promotion and editorial decisions are outside this service.

Do you use AI?

AI-assisted tools may help with drafting, research and organisation. Copy is checked against the details you provide and returned for your approval. We don't invent achievements, testimonials or quotes, and we don't sell artificial engagement.

What files will I receive?

The finished one-sheet as a PDF, plus editable text documents containing the bios, press release and checklist. You can use and adapt the commissioned material for your own release. Any third-party assets remain subject to their own licences.

How do payment and cancellation work?

Booking starts by email. Before you pay, we confirm the scope, delivery date, price and cancellation terms in writing. Contact us if something is wrong so we can work towards a resolution. Your statutory rights are unaffected.

What happens to my information?

The form below only prepares a message in your email app. It doesn't upload your brief or submit anything automatically. The details you send are used to respond and prepare your materials, not to add you to a marketing list. Ask us before sharing confidential material.
